How to Play

To start playing Rails Network Mobsters, follow these steps:

Purchase a Player Card

  1. Acquire an ERC6551 Token Bound Account: These player cards store all your items, stats, and progression metrics on the Rails Network.
  2. Cost Determination: The price of these cards varies based on the round length and goals. Check the in-game store for current pricing.

Setting Up

  1. Wallet Connection: Connect your cryptocurrency wallet to the game using Metamask setup with the Rails Network RPC.
  2. Initial Setup: Follow the on-screen instructions to set up your player profile and link your ERC6551 Token Bound Account.

Game Mechanics

User Interface

  • Dashboard: The main dashboard displays your current stats, items, and progression.
  • Activities: Access various activities such as committing crimes, auto theft, organized crimes, and more from the campaign and resources menus.
  • Inventory: View and manage your items, including vehicles, moonshine, and bullets.

Round Structure

  • Rounds: The game is divided into rounds, each with specific objectives and rewards.
  • Goals: Complete round-specific goals to earn bonuses and improve your ranking on the leaderboards.
  • Rewards: At the end of each round, rewards are distributed based on performance and participation.

Syncing Progress to Rails Network

When registering your ERC6551 your connected wallet address will be logged in our secure database. You will then be prompted to setup a username and password combination. You may login from any WEB2 device or browser to play Mobsters, however, after 10 minutes of accumulated gameplay time you will be asked to sync your progress to Rails Network. At this point you will need to connect to Mobsters from a WEB3 browser or by using the Metamask extension on your PC browser.

This implementation ensures that leaderboard standings are accurate and current. It prevents exploiting the leaderboard syncing process to avoid your leaderboard postion from being public.
